Our trip to Tyler was derailed by weather damage. Our first night was in a terrible place, when internet was down an no booking engines were working. We moved back to Buffalo for night two so the three kids could swim and have a little fun. Hampton was clean, pleasant and relaxing. It was a stark contrast to our first night.

We liked everything. Super friendly staff. Extremely accommodating. We wound up with a king room instead of a 2 queen room which did not work for us since we have a 17 year old who is over six feet tall and an 8 year old so they didn’t fit on the sleeper sofa in the King room. I called the front desk and Jen found us a second room with queen beds right next to our room. This made us all sleep more comfortably and made our stay that much better. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
